Serving in God’s house is a privilege and a calling. At CRAU, our Workers Training equips men and women to serve faithfully, diligently, and with the understanding that service is an act of worship to the Lord.
Who Can Be a Worker?
Workers are believers who have received Christ, been baptized, and are committed to growing in discipleship. Anyone with a willing heart and a desire to serve God and His people can become a worker after completing the necessary training.
Responsibilities of Church Workers
Church workers play a vital role in advancing God’s kingdom. As a worker, you will:
Support the mission and vision of the church
Serve faithfully in assigned ministries
Be an example of Christian character and conduct
Walk in humility, integrity, and love”
Why This Class Matters
Service is not just about tasks; it is worship. Every duty, from welcoming people at the door to leading in prayer, is done unto the Lord. Workers learn to see their service as a way of honoring God and blessing His people.”
